FORT MYERS, FLa. — We want to congratulate Lee county's "school nurse of the year"!
This is Gwen Boyd; she is a nurse at North Fort Myers Middle Academy for the arts.
The school district says Boyd is more than a nurse.
She schedules the bloodmobile, works several organizations to provide food for students and their families and puts together fundraisers.
Congratulations Ms. Boyd!
