COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – A Naples woman is in serious condition after a hit and run crash Wednesday morning morning.

It happened around 7:18 a.m. on 106th Avenue North in Naples Park. That’s where a car hit 53-year-old Jesusa Alang while she was walking on the roadway.

Alang was found on the shoulder and taken to Lee Memorial Hospital in critical condition.

She does not remember how the crash happened.

Florida Highway Patrol says two parts of a headlight were left behind on the scene. The suspected vehicle should have damage to its front end and a broken headlight cover.
