Authorities in Texas arrested a man wanted in connection to the death of a Bonita Springs woman. Lubbock County Sheriff's Office says 19-year-old Raymond Gomez was arrested in Lubbock with the help of multiple agencies.
Last week, the Lee County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for his arrest on second-degree murder charges in the death of Sarah Nicholson in October of 2017 and added him to the local 10 most wanted list. Another man, Cristian Dilan, was also arrested in connection to Nicholson's death.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office says Nicholson's body was discovered in a house fire. Deputies arrested Dilan in connection to the victim's death in June of 2018 in Cape Coral. In the arrest report, deputies say Dilan and another suspect battered the victim, stole items over $100, and participated in grand theft of her car.
