FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police are currently on the scene of a reported shooting in a neighborhood off Marsh Avenue, near Billy Bowlegs Park.
It happened Friday morning along Windsor Drive, off Arlington Avenue.
According to the Fort Myers Police Department, a black male was wounded by gunfire and taken to Lee Memorial Hospital for treatment to unknown injuries.
There is no information available on the shooter at this time.
There appears to be an ongoing search in the area, but that has not been confirmed yet.
