FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police say one person was injured in a shooting on Fowler Street in Fort Myers Thursday.
Fort Myers Police were forced to briefly close a section of the street between Carrell Road and Hunter Terrace while they investigated the shooting. The road has since re-opened.
The investigation is centered on one vehicle in front of Fowler Street Grill.

Police say one victim has been taken to the hospital for a non-life threatening leg injury.
Police say the scene is secured and there is no danger to the public.
UPDATE (4/10) -- An arrest has been made in connection to this incident.
