PUNTA GORDA, Fla. -- Officials had to close a Punta Gorda boat ramp until further notice Tuesday due to stalled vehicle and boat on the ramp.

It happened at the Darst Park boat ramp at 537 Darst Avenue.

For other boat ramps in the area use Hathaway Park at 35461 Washington Loop Road, Punta Gorda or Riverside Park at 8120 Riverside Drive, Punta Gorda.
