LEE COUNTY, Fla. --- Lee County Sheriff's arrest a man in connection to suspected prescription fraud and Opioid abuse.
According to Lee County Deputies a search warrant was conducted on Summerlin Medical Center, located at the 16900 block of San Carlos Boulevard in Fort Myers, on May 23.
A second search was conducted in the 200 block of Southwest 39th Street in Cape Coral, the residence of the Summerlin Medical Center's Office Manager, Eric Holland. After searching the home deputies seized approximately $10,000 in cash, 1.4 grams of cocaine, and 4.4 grams of marijuana. Also inside was a pill press machine and over ten thousand empty capsules.
Holland was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana.
The investigation into the Summerlin Medical Center is on-going.
