CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- Investigators have released the name of a suspect accused of retail theft in Englewood last month.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, the man seen here entered the Walmart in Englewood on August 28, 2019. He was seen on camera removing a micro-projector from its packaging and hiding it on his body.
He then walked out of the store and did not pay for it.
The sheriff's office now says the man in the image is 39-year-old William Land.
