CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- Authorities are hoping someone recognizes the woman seen in these photos, who they say was attempting to use a stolen credit card in Englewood earlier this month.

According to the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office, these images were taken at the Englewood Bank on McCall Road on August 10, 2017.

According to investigators at both the Sarasota County and Charlotte County sheriff’s offices, the card used during the transaction was stolen during a vehicle burglary on July 28.

The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Englewood Sports Complex on S. River Road just after 6:00 p.m. Two vehicles were burglarized in a smash and grab style resulting in stolen cash, credit cards and iPhones.

Using a GPS tracking application, one of the iPhones was recovered in North Port, but the other missing items have yet to be found. Detectives confirmed the credit card used in the Englewood Bank transactions was stolen from one of the vehicles.

Anyone with information regarding the fraudulent transactions and/or vehicle burglaries is asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Section at (941) 861-4915.
