COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies say a teen is charged with battery after a man says she punched him outside a haunted house while he was wearing a Trump costume.
It happened at the Collier County Fairground on Saturday night.
According to an incident report, the victim told investigators that he was waiting in line with his family to get into the haunted house when a teenage girl approached him and punched him in the jaw. He says the teen laughed and ran back to her place in line.
While investigating the incident, a woman notified deputies that the incident was posted on Instagram.
The teen and her parents were trespassed from the property, and the teen charged with battery.
