COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Rebecca Soto, Alyssa Shearn, and Johnny Ramirez are facing aggravated battery charges.
The Collier County Sheriff’s office says the victim got into an argument with Soto at his Immokalee home.
The victim claims Soto punched him in the face and then began kicking him when he fell to the ground.
Deputies say Shearn and Ramirez joined in striking him with a chair.
The victim suffered cuts and bruises to his face.
