JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — New surveillance video captured footage of a tornado with a preliminary rating of EF-1 as it tore through Jacksonville Wednesday, as tropical storm Elsa traveled north.
The National Weather Service reported damage following the tornado, including downed trees and debris, and cautioned locals to stay inside until crews had cleared the roads.
