CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — Charlotte County Police conducted a traffic stop that led to the arrest of two individuals.
Deputies stopped a vehicle after observing the occupants were not wearing a seatbelt.
Deputies noticed a strong odor coming from the vehicle believed to be Marijuana.
A search was conducted, and deputies located a large plastic tub in the cab of the vehicle.
Inside the tub, nine large vacuum-sealed bags containing a green leafy substance believed to be Marijuana was found.
Further inspection of the vehicle revealed two boxes of Soko Vape cartridges containing THC/Cannabis.
Kevin Pellicciotti, 28 and Frank Zabotsky, 29 were charged with two counts of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell, Criminal Conspiracy to Deliver/Distribute Narcotics and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Additionally, Pellicciotti was charged with Unlawful Use of a Two Way Communication Device.
