FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Happening this weekend, the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall is coming to Fort Myers.
The memorial is part of the celebration of 100 years for American Legion Post 38.
The public is invited not merely to see the wall but to interact with it and connect with the memory of the more than 58,000 fallen American heroes whose names are on the memorial.
There will also be a Hughes helicopter on display.
This is all happening this Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Jet Blue Park (11500 Fenway South Drive).
