LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The prime suspect in the mysterious disappearance of a Lee County girl will head to trial next month on child porn charges.

Jorge Guerrero-Torres remains in jail after investigators allegedly found lewd photos of 9-year-old Diana Alvarez on his cell-phone.

Diana vanished from her San Carlos Park home last May and has still not been found.

According to court documents, Guerrero allegedly admitted to engaging in sexual activity with Diana on a weekly basis after he moved into a spare bedroom.  He allegedly told investigators "bad things happen when he smokes crystal."

Meanwhile, Diana's mother, Rita, simply wants answers from Guerrero.  "If Jorge really knows where my daughter is, confess. I'm no one to judge him. God will judge him."

Guerrero's attorney is now pushing to suppress evidence on Guerrero's phone. He's slated to stand trial on May 15th.
