HENDRY COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol Officers responded to a crash involving a commercial truck hauling ninety-five cattle.
An investigation revealed the truck failed to negotiate a turn on County Road 833 (Same Jones Trail) near Zipper Grove Road.
The truck then traveled off the roadway through a ditch then overturned.
Sadly, thirty-seven cattle died.
The investigation is still ongoing.
