LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- The 8th annual Fort Myers Film Festival is back in town and you can watch films from movie makers from all over the world.
"True Center" is making its national debut at the festival. The short film is about Meaghan Worthey and her journey towards recovering from an eating disorder and using art to find a new beginning.
Ashley Karp, who is the director and producer of the film, says the message of her film is that you can find your true center whatever you're going through in life.
You can watch "True Center" on Saturday, March 24, at the Sidney and Berne Center in Fort Myers at noon. For more information on how to get tickets, go to the Fort Myers Film Festival website.
