Two people were arrested for breaking into multiple cars in the Gateway neighborhood, the Lee County Sheriff's Office said.

It happened in the 13000 block of Hampton Park Court early Wednesday morning.

One of the victim's informed deputies that after realizing his Chevrolet Silverado had been broken into, he spotted the suspects down the street attempting another burglary.

When he saw his stolen bag inside of the suspects red 2002 Honda Accord, he removed the keys so they could not drive off, according to LCSO.

Alerted by his barking dogs, the owner of the home being burglarized came outside with a firearm and ordered the suspects to remain still until law enforcement arrived to the scene.

19-year-old Seth Logan and a minor were arrested and transported the Lee County Jail Center.

Seth's charges include Grand Theft, Burglary, Larceny, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
