DeSOTO COUNTY, Fla. -- Two people in are facing felony charges, accused of trying to get their partner out of jail.
Francine Olson and Brandon Reyes were arrested Monday night for impersonating law enforcement officers.
DeSoto County deputies say they used the jail entrance intercom to talk to staff and told dispatchers they were new detectives, then tried to access deputy vehicles.
Deputies say this was all part of an attempt to get their partner George Chanza out of jail.
Olson and Reyes are being charged with False Impersonation of a Law Enforcement Officer.
