FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades, and Okeechobee hosted their annual campaign kick-off breakfast Tuesday.
This was the start of United Way's annual fundraising effort.
The group has a goal of just under $10.8 million.
The theme of this year's campaign is "One way, United Way."
All money raised stays in Lee, Hendry, Glades, and Okeechobee counties.
The event was held at Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall on the FSW campus.
