UPDATE (11 AM) -- Judge Kyle has dismissed the jury for the day, and asked them to return Wednesday.
The state says they have 3 witnesses scheduled for Wednesday, and their remaining 5 will be on Monday.
THe defense says they are planning on recalling several of the state's witnesses, this includes Curtis Wright.

UPDATE (10:45 AM) -- The next state witness is Michael Lacombe, a Lee County Sheriff's Office Digital Forensic Specialist.
Lacombe says he focused on data that was deleted from the Garmin GPS.

UPDATE (10:30 AM) -- The next state witness is Matthew DeShazo, LCSO Digital Forensics Examiner. DeShazo examined electronic devices collected during the Teresa Sievers murder investigation.
DeShazo says he primarily handled live data, and another analysist handled deleted data.

UPDATE (9:45 AM) -- The next state witness is Joseph Graham, who works in the regional field support department for RaceTrac. Gram helped detectives locate surveillance video from a gas station in Brooksville, FL.
He was followed by Lt. Donald Fewell from the Lee County Sheriff's Office. Lt. Fewell says he works in the video production and video retrieval department, and says he retrieved surveillance videos for the Teresa Sievers murder investigation.

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The state is continuing to question witnesses in the trial of Mark Sievers Tuesday morning after a busy day of witnesses on Monday.
The first state witness is Jerry Lubinski of Hillsboro, Missouri. He met Curtis Wright at the church they both attended.
Lubinski says he and Wright became really good friends.

Lubinksin says he lent Wright his Garmin GPS, and when he asked for it back, Wright told him he already had trips saved on it and asked Lubinski to buy another one.
