UPDATE (6/9) -- On Monday, June 8th officers with the Fort Myers Police Department responded to the Park at Positano for a 911 call about an altercation in the parking lot.
Upon arrival, officers located a male, later identified as Ricky Lorenzo,62, suffering from gunshot wounds.
Lorenzo was transported to Lee Memorial Hospital, where he died from his injuries.
FMPD Officers located the shooter and interviewed them.
The Police Department says no arrest made at this time while investigators continue to gather information.

The Fort Myers Police Department is on the scene of a shooting at Park at Positano.
FMPD says there is no threat to the public at this time.
There is one victim that has been transported to Lee Health.
They do have life-threatening injuries.
FMPD is asking that you avoid that area if possible.
