Hutchins was arrested by U.S. Marshals.

Officials have confirmed he was caught in Rhode Island and will be extradited to Florida.

He was picked up in a hotel room at 8:20 am this morning and was found in a hotel room with a woman and child.

This story is breaking and will be updated with the latest information as we receive it.

It's a point of view no parent ever wants to imagine.

"I wanted to faint, I was just in shock, pure shock," said a Southwest Florida mom.

"We don't know where he is. Is he going to come to my house? My daughter doesn't even want to come out of the house really," she said.

The woman tells FOX 4 that her teen daughter was sexually assaulted by her coworker, 33-year-old Kyndall Hutchins, in the parking lot of her job last summer.

Hutchins was arrested for the crime last year, and according to SWFL Crime Stoppers, only spent two days in jail before bonding out with an ankle bracelet.

"Last week he cut that off and now he's in the wind, so we need to find this guy," said Trish Routte of Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

He's now out there, somewhere. And the victim's mom is mad.

"They failed my daughter. I feel like we've been victimized all over again with him on the run," she said.

She says mad at the judge, for letting Hutchins out on a $30,000 bond, because Hutchins is a registered sex offender with a history of violent offenses and running from police.

In 2007, he was accused of picking up two kids under 15 at the Edison Mall and giving them alcohol before having sex with one of them.

Court documents show he wasn't given a bond in that case.

"How did this judge let him out? What if it was their child? They wouldn't have let him out?" said the mother.

A spokesperson for the 20th Judicial Circuit Court told me in a statement that during a first appearance a judge takes many things into consideration, including criminal history and input from attorneys when setting a bond amount.

"Once we do find him, he's going to be held without bond," said Routte.

The victim's mom tells me she's also mad at the restaurant that her daughter worked for at the time of the assault.

They knew his record and they let him work there," she said.

FOX 4 also did some digging and couldn't find any state statutes that would prevent a sex offender from holding a job at a restaurant, meaning legally he was allowed to be there.

Above all else, that mom is furious with Hutchins and has this message for him:

"Kyndall if you see this and you're hearing my voice we're going to get you. You're going to be brought to justice, it's just a matter of time. And I'll be there waiting for you," she said.

The mother also tells us she wants stronger laws on the books to keep sex offenders from working in restaurants.

In the meantime, Routte says if Hutchins isn't caught by Tuesday morning, he'll be placed on the Top 10 Most Wanted List for our local Crime Stoppers.

If you see him, you're asked to call them at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).
