FORT MYERS, Fla. — The man accused of murdering two women in Cape Coral was in court this morning.
Wade Wilson plead not guilty to the first-degree murder charges.
Cape Coral police say he murdered Kristine Melton and Diane Ruiz.
Newly released court documents reveal both women were strangled, and one of them also had other injuries.
Wilson is being held on no bond he's expected to be back in court in January.
