LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Wisner Desmaret was back in court Thursday; he is the man accused of killing a Fort Myers Police Officer.
Police say he shot and killed officer Adam Jobbers-Miller last year.
Thursday, lawyers discussed his mental competency. But they did not say when Desmaret will get a mental evaluation.
A pretrial hearing is set for January 22nd.
