FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The Lee County Sheriff's Office arrested Ronald Bon for kidnapping and cruelty toward a child, including human trafficking.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office found Ronald Bon after undercover officers interviewed a 16-year-old girl who was being paid for sex. The underage girl then told police she would split half of her payment with Bon.

The girl said Bon and a woman, Tangy Johnson, dropped her off for the date where the Lee County Sheriff's Office found her. She described the car and detectives found them in the area,  waiting for the girl to be finished.

Bon also gave her a phone used exclusively for contacting potential dates and for sending inappropriate pictures of herself.

Neighbors living near Bon's last known address in Cape Coral said they've seen him before and recognize his mugshot, but didn't know him well.

"It's just shocking and surprising that someone would do that to a child or any human being in general," one neighbor said. "It's kind of scary because I have daughters and sons, young. So for something like that to be going on in my neighborhood, and not know and just finding out, makes me have to keep a closer eye on my own kids."

"I think the whole thing is just rotten. It's just rotten," another neighbor, John Howell said.

When Four in Your Corner's Lisa Greenberg stopped by the home, Bon's brother answered the door. He said his parents are distraught over his arrested. He also said Bon hasn't lived at the home for years, but comes to visit.

Bon posted a photo of cars parked outside the home to Facebook September 22nd.

Bon will be in court on November 14th.
