UPDATE -- This case was dismissed upon the completion of a pretrial diversion program by the suspect.

NAPLES, Fla. -- A 22-year-old Naples man is facing charges of Indecent Exposure and Disorderly Intoxication after an incident at a Mercato nightclub.
Christopher Sherrick was arrested just before 2 a.m. Sunday at the Blue Martini bar in Naples.
According to a Collier County Sheriff's deputy working at the bar, in-house security had been watching Sherrick as he was stumbling around the establishment. Then at 1:50 a.m., the manager observed Sherrick pull out his penis while standing in front of the bar and urinate on it.
The bar area had to be closed off for cleaning forcing many patrons to leave.
Sherrick was booked into the Collier County Jail and has bonded out on $3,000.
