A Baraboo, Wisconsin man could face a number of charges after rolling over his truck in an OWI crash, which threw a 4-year-old from the vehicle.

WISC-TV reported that the Sauk County Communications Center got a report of a small child wandering on the road.

Deputies found the 4-year-old girl with minor injuries.

Authorities found out a 25-year-old was driving drunk with 1-year-old twins and the 4-year-old. The twins were in safety seats, but the 4-year-old was not, instead only wearing a seatbelt.

The man reportedly took a curve too fast and overturned in a ditch, throwing the 4-year-old from the car.

Investigators found the man in West Baraboo where local residents were trying to help the twins, who stayed in the truck in their safety seats after the crash. All three children were taken to a local hospital.

The man was arrested and faces tentative charges of causing injury while operating a vehicle under the influence with a passenger under 16, open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and violation of child safety restraint requirements and child neglect causing bodily harm, among others.

He has yet not formally been charged.
