There's a new push from Airbnb to curb human trafficking crimes. A report from USA Today says the rental company is teaming up with the non-profit Polaris as the hospitality industry faces several lawsuits over the matter.

A 2018 study from the Human Trafficking Institue says more than 80 percent of cases in the U.S. happened at a hotel or home rental.

Airbnb's new effort includes training for hosts and staff members on how to spot suspicious bookings.
