Officer accused of DUI has clean history with CCPD

CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- New documents are revealing more about the history of a Cape Coral Police officer accused of plowing into a home while drunk.

Emily Zyvoloski, who has not been charged at this point, reportedly had a Blood Alcohol Content level of more than three-times the legal limit. She's accused of crashing into a home on Nicholas Parkway two weeks ago, causing more than $60,000 in damage.

According to Zyvoloski's personnel file, she's only received two unfavorable marks since she was hired in 2007.  One involved this recent DUI crash, the other involved a Facebook review in November 2015 in which she reportedly accused a business of illegal marijuana activity, but never informed the department.

She also reportedly completed a "DUI refresher" course last year.
