COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- The Collier County Sheriff's Office says a call about a drunk man in Golden Gate has turned into a death investigation.
Deputies responded to a call about a drunk man at 41st Terrace SW Sunday morning.
When officers arrived to the scene, the man jumped into a nearby canal and never surfaced.
Officers were able to recover the body but has not identified the man as of yet.
