A shooting in Harlem Heights left one person dead Wednesday afternoon. Police say an altercation between two people led to gunshots on the 4700 block of Duera Mae Drive just after 3pm. Relatives say the victim is Jason Morse, 40.
The incident happened near Harlem Heights park, a few blocks away from Heights Elementary.
