FORT MYERS, Fla. -- We're working to learn the condition of a driver that was saved in the nick of time after his truck flipped into a ditch in Fort Myers Tuesday morning.
It happened at the intersection of McGregor Boulevard and Pine Ridge Road.
Lee County deputies say the driver lost control while turning onto Pine Ridge, causing the truck to overturn down the embankment.
Good Samaritans and rescue crews pulled a driver to safety before he was rushed to the hospital.
