Person who helped suspect with car trouble sought

LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- New developments in the mysterious disappearance of nine-year-old Diana Alvarez. The Lee County Sheriff's Office is now seeking a good Samaritan who may have critical information.

They want to speak to the person who helped Jorge Guerrero the prime suspect in her disappearance when he experienced car trouble along State Road 60 in Osceola County.

Authorities say the person helped him on May 29th after his Chevy Malibu ran off the road.  We should note that the person deputies are looking for is not part of the investigation.

The Alvarez family has been pleading for answers ever since Diana vanished from her Lee County home nearly two months ago. The family is holding out hope that she'll be found alive.

Meanwhile, Guerrero remains behind bars on federal child porn charges.
