2 arrests made in Naples home invasion

NAPLES, Fla. -- (UPDATE) The Collier County Sheriff's Office has made 2 arrests in a Naples home invasion. 

A citizen tip led police to the clubhouse of the Key Royal Condominiums off Immokalee Road in North Naples. That is where police found 19-year-old Alfrande Pierre, he is being charged with armed home invasion and robbery. 

Police also arrested a 16-year-old female who was found in bushes outside of the Island Walk community. She was arrested and charged with home invasion. 

The Collier County Sheriff's Office sent out a Code Red phone alert to the surrounding communities, they applaud those citizens who called and helped officers make the arrest of Pierre. 


NAPLES, Fla. - Police are searching for a suspect in a possible home invasion in the Island Walk community in Naples. 

A media relations officer for the Collier County Sheriff's Office confirming police are using their aviation and canine teams to search for a suspect that broke into a home on Eleuthera Way in Island Walk around 3:25 p.m. 

Police are targeting their search to the communities of Island Walk, Pebblebrooke Lakes, and Laurel Lakes, and any other communities spanning from Vanderbilt Beach Road to Immokalee Road and reaching as far East as Collier Boulevard. 

Residents in the Island Walk community received a phone call that police are looking for a shirtless black male, but police have not confirmed that information.
