FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The death of the two teenagers and shooting of more than a dozen others is prompting a message of peace by one local organization in Fort Myers.

The Quality Life Center is expecting dozens of people to show up for what they're calling a night of solidarity in light of the deadly shooting at Club Blu.

Local law enforcement, city leaders and members of the community will gather there Thursday, aiming to send the message that love is stronger than hate.  The center is an organization that looks to strengthen families and the community through self development programs.

One of the shooting victims is a member of the "Q", and most of the kids who go there knew the 2 young men that died in the shooting.

Troubling facts that make staff there passionate about Thursday night's vigil.  "We're gonna fight for these kids, and for the people out there that think gunplay is cool, we're not afraid of them. We're gonna win. In the end we're gonna win," says Larry Aguilar.

If you'd like to show your support, the vigil is open to the public and begins at 6:30 p.m.

The "Q" is located at 3210 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

City councilmen and local pastors are also expected to be in attendance.
