Employees in the Lee County Solid Waste Department took pictures recently showing illegal dumping items piling up on Ladd Street in Lehigh Acres.
They say illegal dumping is not only bad for the environment and property values, it's also bad for your wallet.
Public tax dollars are used to clean it all up and take it to the dump.
