LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Southwest Florida's popular eagle cam is closing down for the summer!
According to a Facebook post, the cameras will be turned off this Thursday for maintenance work and improvements.
The people behind the camera also said they're proud of the eagles and eaglets, and they'll be back this fall.
The mated pair Harriet and M15 have nested at the North Fort Myers site for the last four nesting seasons, successfully hatching 7 eaglets in that time.
