PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. -- A 29-year-old man died in a single vehicle rollover crash on Highway 27 on Sunday.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says Sully Figueroa-Jimenez of Miami was traveling south on U.S. Hwy 27 toward the city of South Bay with limited visibility due to heavy fog.
Figueroa-Jimenez failed to maintain his vehicle within his lane, lost control and veered into the median.
His 2003 GMC Envoy began to overturn continuing across into the northbound lanes of U.S. Hwy 27 and the shoulder.
The vehicle went over a small drainage canal and came to rest on the north side of the canal.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say he was wearing a seat belt.
