CAPE CORAL, Fla.-- A second arrest has been made regarding a fatal crash on Pine Island Road that occurred in April.
Francis Paulette III, 21 of North Fort Myers, was charged with Driving Under the Influence having a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) over 0.150.
The investigation determined that Paulette did not contribute or cause the traffic crash. During the investigation it was determined that Paulette had a medical blood alcohol content of 0.203 at the time of the traffic crash.
