UPDATE -- Fort Myers Police Department have released a statement reading the injured driver involved in the Lehigh Acres crash is not dead.
Myriam Esther Knight is still alive but in very serious condition at the ICU at Lee Memorial Hospital.
UPDATE (10:15AM): Fort Myers Police now say there was a fatality to one of the drivers as a result of this morning's crash on Lee Boulevard.
The crash is still under investigation and next of kin are being notified.

LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A serious crash with injuries and road blockage is causing backups along Lee Boulevard.
The crash is at the intersection of Lee Boulevard and Edwinstone Boulevard.
Florida Highway Patrol reports roadblock in the intersection. As of 7:30 a.m., the Fox 4 Traffic page shows a long backup on westbound Lee Boulevard approaching the intersection.
Multiple units responded to the scene with trauma alerts reported in the crash.
