LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The son of a murdered Cape Coral realtor is expected to be in a Lee County courtroom Thursday morning.
Matthew Marshall is accused of using his father's credit card at a Cape Coral bar the day after his father disappeared, two months ago.
His son has not been named as a suspect in his death. So far police aren't naming any suspects.
Recently, Marshall's attorney tried to get him released on house arrest, but a judge denied the request.
