BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. -- Investigators are working to learn more about a disturbing discovery on Alligator Alley, where a dead body was found Tuesday night.
The body was found at the Miccosukee service plaza, near the Collier-Broward county line, around 10:40 p.m.
Broward County deputies are considering this a homicide investigation, and they say the victim may have been killed in Highlands County before their body was dumped in this area.
Deputies say one person is in custody right now, but that's all they're saying.
