TAMPA, Fla. -- Police in the Tampa area are searching for the driver who slammed into the front of an Ybor City bar, hitting someone in the process!
You can see a guy standing outside of the Bad Monkey bar go through the front-window as the car slams into the building and him.
This crash happened during a fight on the sidewalk just outside the bar early Tuesday morning. Police say they're still not sure if the driver was just trying to escape the fight, or if he intentionally drove at people.
The owner of the bar tells our sister station in Tampa the crash caused about $15,000 worth of damage.
As for the man hit by the car, he has injuries to his head and legs but police say he is okay.
