PALM HARBOR, Fla. (AP) - A Clearwater woman has been arrested after deputies say she was driving under the influence with two young children in the car.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office tells local media that Tuesday evening deputies received a call about 34-year-old Kristy Lynn Kaskie.

The caller said Kaskie was at a gas station and seemed to be intoxicated. The caller had allegedly seen Kaskie swerving on the road while driving.

Responding deputies found Kaskie's children, ages 3 and 4, in the back seat. They say Kaskie wasn't able to perform field sobriety tests. A test revealed Kaskie's blood-alcohol content was 0.254, more than three times the legal level of 0.08.

Deputies arrested Kaskie for DUI and two counts of child abuse.

It's unclear if Kaskie has an attorney.
