Spring break is just around the corner, and if you're a Floridian who plans to enjoy it by heading to one of the country's top beaches, you don't have to go far.
The travel website TripAdvisor just released its list of the top beaches in the United States, and Florida beaches account for 10 of their top 15 spots.
The list is based on user reviews and ratings.
For the second year in a row, Clearwater Beach snags the top spot for best beach in America.
Ka’anapali Beach in Maui, Hawaii, known for its snorkeling, comes in at number two.
Panama City Beach, St. Pete Beach, and Pensacola Beach round out the top five.
Other Florida beaches making the list include Siesta Beach, St. Augustine Beach, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Navarre Beach, South Beach, and Hollywood Beach.
And while Clearwater top the U.S. list, it came in at #6 on their worldwide list, which crowns Baia do Sancho in Brazil as their #1 beach in the world.
