PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies have arrested a Florida man who they say severely beat a man in his car during a road rage incident.
40-year-old Brian Ferdinand is facing a charge of Burglary with Aggravated Battery/Assault.
According to an arrest report, on October 11, Ferdinand blocked the victim's vehicle on Seven Springs Boulevard in New Port Richey, then approached the victim, opened his vehicle's door, and began punching his face several times.
Witnesses say the victim fell from the vehicle as Ferdinand reported kept punching him.
The victim required surgery to repair a broken bone in his orbital socket.
