PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- A Florida man is charged with Aggravated Assault after an incident involving a pick-axe Sunday.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, 32-year-old Jeffrey Fatkin was arrested along Peace Boulevard in Spring Hill on Sunday evening.
According to an arrest report, during some sort of altercation, the victim claims Fatkin retrieved a pick-axe from his vehicle and walked towards the victim, saying "am I going to have to put this through you, too?"
The victim says she feared Fatkin was going to "slaughter" her and her family inside the home.
