FORT WALTON, Fla. — Governor Ron DeSantis held a press conference to announce the large visitor numbers in Florida at the Fort Walton beach today at 3 p.m.
Florida had 30.9 million visitors from the months of October to December of 2021 which is higher than the tourism rates of the pre-Covid year of 2019.
Governor DeSantis announced that in the last quarter Florida surpassed New York with incoming international travelers.
