ORLANDO, Fla. — Deputies in Orange County are searching for a man after a woman jumped out of a window with her baby boy to escape a violent attack. It happened Thursday afternoon when neighbors called 911 after seeing a woman with an infant hiding near a vehicle.
Deputies say the woman jumped out of a first story window with the baby to escape Terrance Givens. He's wanted on several felony charges. A SWAT team surrounded the apartment, but when deputies entered Givens was gone.
The woman is being treated at a hospital. Investigators say the baby was unharmed and turned over to family members.
